In-Store Pickup/Dropoff Subscriptions

Drop off your laundry at one of our beautiful, award-winning facilities located in Santa Monica and Mar Vista. We are open from 5am until 11pm, so you literally have "All Day" to get your laundry to us and then pick it up perfectly clean the following day when it's ready.

  • Your subscription is a membership that locks in lower pricing and exclusive discounts. You choose when and how often to send in your laundry.

    Want flexibility?

    Place orders only when needed. If you're on a delivery plan, schedule pickups as needed. If you're on a In-Store Pickup/Dropoff plan, simply drop off at one of our two store locations.

    Prefer automation?

    Set up recurring pickups (delivery plans only) and let your laundry run on autopilot.

    All tiers include 24-hour turnaround by default.

  • We offer six membership options:

    • Three Pickup & Delivery plans

    • Three In-Store Pickup/Dropoff plans

    If you enroll in a In-Store Pickup/Dropoff plan, pickup and delivery are not included.

    If you enroll in a Delivery plan, you may still drop off at a store if that’s more convenient — the pricing remains the same.

    Delivery plans are only slightly more than In-Store Pickup/Dropoff plans, so many customers choose delivery for the added convenience.

  • All subscriptions include 24-hour turnaround as standard service.

    • Solo Wave: No rollover included

    • Family Wave: Unused laundry rolls over for 1 month

    • Party Wave: Unused laundry rolls over for 2 months

  • No problem — we’ll still process everything.

    Any laundry over your monthly pound or bag limit will be charged at our standard per-pound rate for your selected service speed.

    Example: If your plan includes 200 lbs and you send 225 lbs, the additional 25 lbs will be billed at the regular rate.

  • No. You can split your allowance across multiple orders throughout the month — whatever works best for your schedule.

  • No. We hang dry machine-washable items at no additional charge.

    Our team will use best judgment on items that should be hang dried. If you have specific preferences, please include them in your account notes.

  • Extra care items are priced separately from regular per-pound laundry. These include:

    Comforters, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, bath mats, rugs, pet beds, and shoes.

    All subscription plans include exclusive discounts on these items:

    • Solo Wave: 20% off

    • Family Wave: 30% off

    • Party Wave: 40% off

  • Yes. All plans include dry cleaning discounts. You may send dry cleaning with your regular laundry; we just ask that you separate dry cleaning from washable items at pickup or drop-off.

    Dry cleaning discounts by tier:

    • Solo Wave: 10% off

    • Family Wave: 15% off

    • Party Wave: 20% off

  • You can cancel your plan at any time, but the second you cancel, you do lose all benefits.

    If you want to cancel your plan, we recommend doing so the day before your renewal date so you can keep your benefits as long as possible.

Big Waves vs App-Based Laundry Services

  • Yes. Many customers choose Big Waves as a local alternative to Rinse, Poplin, SudShare, Hampr, and other app-based laundry services because we clean laundry in our own laundromats with real local staff.

  • Unlike app-based services that outsource laundry, Big Waves operates physical laundromats in Los Angeles. This means better quality control, real accountability, and consistent results.

  • In many cases, yes. We offer transparent pricing with no surge pricing or hidden fees.
